چکیده
Random access machines (RAMs) and random stored-program (RASPs) are models of computing that closer to the architecture real-world computers than Turing (TMs). They also convenient in complexity analysis algorithms. The relationships between RAMs, RASPs TMs well-studied. However, clear their quantum counterparts still missing literature. We fill this gap by formally defining (QRAMs) (QRASPs) clarifying QRAMs, QRASPs (QTMs). In particular, we show P⊆EQRAMP⊆EQP⊆BQP=BQRAMP, where EQRAMP BQRAMP stand for sets problems can be solved polynomial-time QRAMs with certainty bounded-error, respectively. At heart our proof, is a standardisation QTM an extended halting scheme, which independent interest.

Neural Random-Access Machines
In this paper, we propose and investigate a new neural network architecture called Neural Random Access Machine. It can manipulate and dereference pointers to an external variable-size random-access memory. The model is trained from pure input-output examples using backpropagation. We evaluate the new model on a number of simple algorithmic tasks whose solutions require pointer manipulation and...

We consider a communication method, where the sender encodes n classical bits into 1 qubit and sends it to the receiver who performs a certain measurement depending on which of the initial bits must be recovered. This procedure is called n p 7→ 1 quantum random access code (QRAC) where p > 1/2 is its success probability. It is known that 2 0.85 7−→ 1 and 3 0.79 7−→ 1 QRACs (with no classical co...

This paper introduces a peculiar approach of designing Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) memory cell in Quantum-dot Cellular Automata (QCA) technique. The proposed design consists of one 3-input MG, one 5-input MG in addition to a (2×1) Multiplexer block utilizing the loop-based approach. The simulation results reveals the excellence of the proposed design. The proposed SRAM cell achieves 16% ...
